At The ADHD & Spectrum Centre, we help Neurodivergent people find their strengths and work around their weaknesses. One of the ways we do that is with an arsenal of services to address almost every ADHD & ASD-related issue we can think of from every angle, including diagnosis, counselling, coaching, online and in person groups, video classes, and our ADHD & ASD member's lab.

Many of our clients come to us after having had negative experiences in the medical and mental health fields with practitioners who didn't understand their issues. Because of that, all of the therapists and coaches we employ are neurodivergent themselves so that they can draw on their lived experience on top of research in the field.

Walking Therapy

Get out of the office and into nature or around town! Walking therapy gets you moving while you improve your mental health. All sessions can be turned into Walking Therapy sessions if you inform your practitioner in advance.

​Clients We Need To Refer Elsewhere: As a centre, we are not equipped to support certain populations, including people experiencing psychosis, delusions, schizophrenia, or who have visual or auditory hallucinations. We have questions in our intake package to screen for these symptoms in the hopes of avoiding client inconvenience, but if your practitioner becomes aware of these symptoms in the course of therapy, they will have to refer you to another mental health organization.
