About The ADHD &
Spectrum Centre

Where we ONLY have ADHD/Autistic practitioners!

We Are Currently Offering Phone, & Video Sessions.
Official Diagnosis is Only Offered in Ontario, Canada

Our centre aims to unite and strengthen the ADHD & Autistic community through research-based education and treatment around neurodiversity so no more "smart but scattered" people get left behind. We fully believe that ADHD & Autism are misunderstood superpowers, and even evolutionary traits!, that unfortunately didn't come with a manual. We seek to be that guide as much as we can for those diagnosed as well as for their partners, parents, therapists, and allies. We make sure that most of the practitioners we employ (beginning with our founder) have been diagnosed with ADHD & Autism themselves so that they can "get it" and help where perhaps others in the mental health community may have hindered.

ADHD & ASD Specialized Services We Offer:
  • Coaching & Counselling (Video and on the Phone)
  • Naturopathy & Nutritional Support
  • Diagnosis & Psycho-educational Assessments with a Psychologist
  • Medication Advocacy
  • Groups & Classes (Parents & Adult)
  • Our ADHD & ASD Member's Lab
  • ADHD Video Classes

Kaytee Trudeau, MA (cand.), RP (Qualifying)
Therapy  & Coaching (Student)

Kaytee (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), completing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and is fluent in both English and French. After a lifetime of various mental health misdiagnoses, including resistant depression, she received a late-in-life AuDHD diagnosis (Autism & Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder), which brought clarity to why what worked for others never seemed to work for her. This experience fuels her passion for supporting others who may feel like they don’t quite fit the “typical” mould and who are seeking approaches tailored to their unique ways of thinking, feeling, and processing the world.
A lifelong visual artist (give her any medium, she’ll run with it), Kaytee brings creativity into both her personal and professional life. She believes that therapy can be a space for curiosity and self-discovery, and she integrates compassion, humour, and authenticity into her work.

Due to extra training and personal experience around LGBTQ+ and minority populations and issues (especially Trans, non-binary, and BIPOC-related needs), she is especially equipped to support these clients that most therapists often unintentionally mistreat. Read more.
