Ritam Banerji, MA (cand.), RP (Qualifying)
Therapy & Coaching

Ritam is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with ADHD who knows firsthand how life can feel like a whirlwind of chaos, frustration, and brilliance all at once. Currently completing a master’s-level practicum in counselling psychology with The ADHD & Spectrum Centre, Ritam is passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals turn that chaos into something meaningful and aligned with what truly matters to them. From his own experiences, Ritam understands that tasks like paying attention, staying organized, or navigating relationships can sometimes feel like insurmountable challenges. Therapy with him isn’t about “fixing” anything—it’s about exploring new ways of seeing the world, understanding yourself, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
With a unique focus on integrating spirituality into therapy, Ritam creates a space where clients can honor and explore their deeper beliefs while tackling mental health challenges. He’s the perfect match for anyone who enjoys introspection, is searching for meaning in life’s ups and downs, or wants to embody resilience and curiosity—even when things feel overwhelming. Growing up neurodivergent, he’s also deeply familiar with the sting of social anxiety, the loneliness that can come with feeling different, and the struggle to fit in with family and friends.
In therapy with Ritam, you’ll find a warm, welcoming space where you can be unapologetically yourself—whether that means showing up with your scattered thoughts, your curiosity, or your sense of humor. Together, you’ll dive into the complexities of your experiences and build strategies to engage with life in a way that feels refreshing and empowering.
Outside of therapy, Ritam embraces his playful and introspective side. He’s a dancer at heart, grooving through styles like bachata, hip-hop, and even ballet—always with the philosophy of “dance like nobody’s watching!” He also loves meditative moments of introspection, where he approaches emotions and challenges with curiosity and as much light-heartedness as possible. And when it comes to food? Ritam’s adventurous palate knows no bounds—he’s the friend who will try (and love) the dish everyone else hesitates to touch.
Ritam’s greatest hope is to inspire neurodivergent individuals to live boldly and authentically, even when life gets messy. Therapy with him isn’t just about finding balance—it’s about finding the joy and meaning that make life worth living.
